Flood Photos From Western Fillmore County Into Winona County

I started my drive from Rochester and went south on county road 1 towards Spring valley and Wykoff and ended up near Rush Creek, took highway 43 north and stayed out of Rushford entirely.  The state patrol was stationed at the Rushford exit off of I90 stopping cars and allowing those in dire need to get to Rushford to pass.  I came from the west and south of 90, encountered one dicey bridge situation on lower Pine Creek and meandered up to the washed bridge on the Rush.
