Stillborn Midge

This is an older Pattern shown to me by Shane Stalcup. As most of you know he passed away this year in June. He gave me this pattern when we fished the Kinni years ago. I had brought him into the shop to judge a fly tying contest we had in the late 90s. I will have it with me when I am on the river this winter; it has proved to be a good one. There are a number of folks that kind of take credit for creating it including Craig Mathews, Dave Whitlock and Shane Stalcup. I think they all put their own little twist on it. Pretty self explanatory tie.
