Hook: TMC 3769 size 14 
Thread: gray 
Overbody: strand of black Krystal Flash and strand of black floss over a strip of heavy (3-4 thousands inch) clear plastic about 3 mm wide 
Body: hare's ear/antron dubbing


1) Tie in strand of black Krystal Flash and a single strand of black floss at the end of the shank
2) Taper the end of the plastic strip and tie in at the end of the hook shank
3) Dub the body. Pick out the dubbing, but trim it flush on the top and bottom.
4) Pull the plastic overbody forward, cut a small slit in each side of the plastic at the head and tie off through the slits.
5) Pull the floss and Krystal Flash forward and tie off.
6) Whip finish.
