Ingredients:
 
Tail: (3) white or yellow marabous plumes
Thread: UTC GSP 100 (white)
Body: Pearlescent material (small sized chnille works fine)
Underwing: White calf tail
Overwing: Wood duck or mallard (two feathers)
Collar: deer hair (not spun)
Head: deer hair (sprun but not packed)

A great tutorial that I utilized when I first started tying Zoo Cougars is here: http://youtube.com/watch?v=TWq95R0vv24 Might as well watch it done from the master himself.  I'd say the only thing I don't do as much as Galloup is the large collar.  I use one, but not quite as large.  Don't pack the head when you're spinning the deer hair as you don't want this fly to float; it needs to ride under the surface.  Trim the bottom of the head flat, and bullet shape the top to get the ideal profile.
 
I used to use gudebrod flat pearlescent material for the bodies, but they have stopped making it.  I substituted chenille for most flies, so if you can find something pearl and flat, use it for the body.
 
This is not only a great fly for big browns, but it absolutely rocked the smallmouth this past summer as well.
